To schedule please select a date with your opposing counsel to reserve. Both sides must agree to the date reserved.

Please notice the mediation for the date and time reserved.

The charge is $350.00 per hour with a (4) hour minimum. It needs to be determined what percentage each side of the case will be responsible for paying – please provide the percentage amount in the Notice of Mediation.

Payment must be posted before the start of the mediation. There is a button to be able to enter credit card payments.
